Heritage Open Day

Heritage Open Days were started to offer people a chance to look inside buildings not usually open to the public.
In line with this, on Sunday 11 September, Lytham Hall will open many of the Grade II listed buildings in the parkland, for you to have a free look around.
Please note the Hall itself will NOT be open for visitors, as all the volunteers are helping to open up the outbuildings, for a unique look behind the scenes.
Always wanted to look inside the 18th century dovecote? Now is your chance. Fancy a look at the newly laid cobbles in the piggeries or a nosey around one of the gatehouses? Perhaps you will go on a brief tour of the stables (numbers limited)?
The tea room will be open from 10am until 4pm and the outbuildings will be open from 11am until 4pm. Heritage Open Days are free to attend, but a donation is very welcome, to help Lytham Hall keep its doors open.
If you want to visit Lytham Hall itself, guided tours are available on Thursdays and Fridays at 1pm and 2.30pm, or on Sundays after Heritage Open Day at 11.30am, 1pm or 2.30pm.
