Pet Memorial Sanctuary
Our beautiful sanctuary offers a serene and personal resting place for the ashes of your beloved pet. An individual compartment will be provided for your pet's ashes within our historic Dovecote, where they will rest surrounded by our beautiful parkland and the serenity of green space.
A memorial plaque will be placed on the ledge outside your chosen compartment, which can carry the name of your pet and a few special chosen words. The ashes will be contained in a branded, non-perishable drawstring pouch, which is included in the cost along with the plaque.
The sanctuary opens daily and offers a place of peace, where you can sit inside among the flickering candles, and quietly reminisce cherished memories.
Lytham Hall and its historic parkland may have been a favourite place of your departed pet, a location you once shared many happy times together. Knowing that their final resting place is somewhere so sentimental may make those memories shine all the brighter.
For those whose pets were not familiar with the parkland at Lytham Hall, the Dovecote still provides a calm and tranquil place to remember and reflect.
The charge for a resting place can be on a five-year or ten-year basis, with a right to renew at the end of each period. The cost of the five-year plan is £275, and the cost of the ten-year plan is £500, including the drawstring pouch and plaque.
If contact cannot be made within six months from the end of the contract period, the ashes will be scattered in a remote part of our woodland. However, please note that this service is not offered as an alternative to our Dovecote resting place.
