LYTHAM HALL FLOWER FESTIVAL starts Friday 19th until Wednesday 24th April 2024.
What could be a more fabulous setting than to observe the most delightful and artistic of floral arrangements within John Carr's architectural masterpiece.
A wonderful event that encourages everyone to enjoy this heritage attraction filled with the floral joys of spring.
Opening times during the six-day Flower Festival are 11 am - 4pm (last entrance at 3pm).
No need to book you can pay on the day at the North Entrance.

NHS Health Checks Team
Saturday 20th & Sunday 21st April - 10am - 4pm
The NHS Health Checks Lancashire team will be attending the Lytham Flower Show this year on 20th and 21st April.
Even if you’re feeling well, having an NHS Health Check can tell you whether you’re at higher risk of getting certain health problems such as kidney disease, heart disease, diabetes, stroke or dementia.
It takes less than 30 minutes and can help you lead a longer, healthier life.

Don’t worry if you haven’t booked though as you are welcome to drop in throughout the day. You’ll find the team in the Beaters Room in the Courtyard area on Saturday and Sunday.

Blanket Arm Knitting Workshop

Get creative, have fun and learn a new skill by coming along to one of my popular chunky wool blanket arm knitting workshops.
You will knit your very own chunky knit blanket from 2kg of 100% pure unspun merino wool to take home - perfect as a statement piece on your sofa, chair or bed. The final blanket will be approximately 30” x 50” in size.
No knitting experience or needles necessary! I will teach you step-by-step how to arm knit your own blanket.

Classic & Performance Motor Show
Sunday 19th May - 10am - 4pm
The Great British Motor Show will be bring the best of classic and performance cars, bikes and commercials to Lytham Hall, for a spring bonanza on Sunday 19th May 2024.
Make the most of the beautiful spring with a combination of horsepower and history in front of this classic Georgian Mansion.
Filling the 78-acre park will be a huge display of classic cars, light commercials, classic 4×4’s, ex-military and motorcycles. Private classic cars are warmly invited along.
Chat to fellow enthusiasts at an extensive range of club stands. Browse the array of trade stands for that vital part or memorabilia, or hunt for bargains in the ever-popular auto jumble.
Enjoy a perfect day out in a stately setting.

Coach Trip to Arley Hall

We will be visiting Arley Hall and its stunning gardens. Arley is home to Viscount Ashbrook and his family. In the afternoon we will have spare time to shop in nearby Knutsford.

A Fantastic Mega Picnic Concert! We welcome back by popular demand the fantastic Jimmy Love as Elton John. He wowed the audiences at last year's Jubilee concert and is now back with support from the wonderful IAN HOOPER.

A Midsummer Night's Dream
Sunday 16th June - 6pm
Chapterhouse Theatre Company will open the 15th season of outdoor theatre at Lytham Hall with their production of Shakespeare’s ever-popular A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The Lincoln-based company drew widespread praise for their production of The Importance of Being Earnest last June and this performance at Lytham Hall will be the opening night of their nationwide summer tour.

Little Women

Chapterhouse Theatre, with a different cast of seven, are back at Lytham Hall on Friday 12 July with Louisa May Alcott’s ever-popular classic novel ‘Little Women’.
The story of the four March sisters, led by the irrepressible Jo, has an enduring and thought-provoking message for the 21st century.

TVR Heaven Back Home
Sunday 14th July 2024 - 10am till 4pm
Supporting the TVR family since 1947 Celebrating the TVR history in Blackpool, placing the resort firmly on the map worldwide as a specialist manufacturer of unique cars .
We are going to make this a celebration for all the TVR workforce who made these magnificent cars in Blackpool.
Including live music from the Deadbeats.

Coach Trip to Dalemain Mansion

We will be visiting Dalemain Mansion and gardens, home to the Hasell family who have resided at this fine house since 1679. Dalemain is close to the northern tip of Ulswater and Pooley Bridge. One of the most dramatic locations in England. There will be two stops at Glenridding and Pooley Bridge.

Shakespeare’s bitter sweet ‘Romeo and Juliet’ – a long-awaited title - will be staged for the first time in the glorious parkland of Lytham Hall on Friday 19 July.
Illyria, celebrating their 32nd summer on the road, will aim to match their record 2023 sellouts with this, the first of four productions at Lytham Hall this summer. Accessible Shakespeare for the 21st Century

The Gondoliers

This is believed to be the first-ever outdoor production of Gilbert and Sullivan’s The Gondoliers.
The comical Duke of Plaza, handsome twin brothers Marco and Guiseppe and the tragic Inez will all be in the spotlight in what is regarded by many as the most tuneful of all the G and S comic operas.

The Adventures of Doctor Dolittle

Gub-gub the talking pig, Polynesia the Parrot and the Two Headed Pushmi-Pullyu provide a treat for the eyes and the ears in this year’s show for all the family.
Illyria’s artistic director Oliver Gray will be using all his famed ingenuity as his cast of five portray Dr. Dolittle and his vast and an eye-catching menagerie.

Lytham Hall Proms
Sunday 25th August - 3pm
The amazing G4 will top the bill at 2024 Lytham Hall Proms. G4 will be supported by one of England’s leading and best-known sopranos, Laura Wright, accompanied by her guitarist John Bailey.
The event will once again be hosted by popular BBC Radio Lancashire presenter, Graham Liver, whose wit and charm are always a crowd-pleaser.
There will be an array of further support artists, while the audience settles in for the afternoon with their picnics, strawberries, and champagne. The show will finish at 7:30 pm, allowing everyone to leave the parkland during daylight.
There will also be a limited number of tickets for the VIP Marquee, which includes a special Champagne Afternoon Tea and reserved seats at the front of the stage.
Pedestrian ticket holders will also be admitted via the rear Forest Drive gate.

Autumn Classic Vehicle Show

Lytham Hall is hosting its own “Autumn Classic Vehicle Show” offering enthusiasts the opportunity to enjoy an “all makes” classic car (and motorbikes) show in the stunning surroundings of our grounds.
We hope the late summer weather will allow visitors and their families the chance to combine all things automotive with a visit to the finest Georgian House in Lancashire. There are 3 floors with over 20 rooms, providing an insight into a fascinating past, which you can explore at your own pace.
The show will be open to all eligible cars and motor bikes on a first-come first-served basis. Trade Stands will be in attendance. You are cordially invited to bring along your own classic and enjoy a day out for all the family.

Hopeful & Glorious are back at Lytham Hall for our Winter Art Fair.
There will be around 40 stalls of high-quality products including - work by local artists, crafts people and designers.
Enjoy a vibrant mix of goods for sale with a wide range of ceramics, glass, textiles, paintings, prints, jewellery, upcycling and much more. Perfect for Christmas presents or just a gift for your home.
The Winter Art Fair 2023 will be a charming and enjoyable shopping experience like no other.
Parking costs will apply - pay and display Car Park.
The Cafe will be open all day for meals, snacks, and refreshments.
