I Spy in Hall and Parkland

With the summer holidays having started in earnest, we’ve prepared a little I Spy booklet for children in the parkland and in the house. Some of the images can be tricky to find, so it is excellent for really sharp-eyed children.

Pick up a copy from the tea room if you’re planning to be outside, or get one from the North Entrance if you’re visiting the Hall.

You are invited to put your scores on the leader board in the lobby of the tea room when you’re finished, to show how eagle-eyed you are. Not included in the sheet are our deer, who are very shy and only rarely spotted. But you could be one of the lucky ones.

Our thanks go to Julia, our work experience student, for her great work in setting this up, and to Sarah our ranger. She is going to be very busy in August with a host of great workshops, so check out Lancashire County Council’s website to sign up to these.
