GENERAL INFO

Ticket-holders may enter the grounds from 1pm on the days of the concert to set up their picnics on the lawn.

Only pedestrians may enter via the Forest Drive Gate.

Have your ticket ready to check on paper or by phone at the gates.

VIP TICKET HOLDERS

Please arrive to be seated by 1:30pm at the latest.

There will be a designated ticket checkpoint at the Inner Gate for VIPs, where you will present your ticket.

Please make your way to the Upper West Wing (above Lytham Hall’s Café) for your sparkling Afternoon Tea.

VIP DIETARIES

If you have any specific dietary requirements or wish to be seated with any of your friends who have booked under a separate name, you must ring the Lytham Hall office as soon as possible to inform us on 01253 736652.

After the Afternoon Tea, you will be shown to the front of the stage where reserved seating awaits you.

There will also be a bar available at the front of the Hall.

CHAIR HIRE

There will be a limited number of chairs available to hire on the day, but when they’re gone, they’re gone!

OVERNIGHT PARKING

Anyone wishing to leave their car overnight on the Saturday, please be aware that the whole site is shut on the Sunday until the 1pm opening.

There is a strict time window between 9.30am and 10.30am where you can call to pick up your car. Please see the volunteer on the Main Gate when you arrive.

Also note the limited availability of chair hire above.

There is a dedicated Accessible toilet for your use next to the Accessible Viewing Area.

TAXIS AND DROP-OFF

If you are being picked up by taxi after the performance, they can enter via Ballam Road shortly before the end of the show, and form a taxi queue in the same area by the Animal Hub. Please take note of your taxi firm and car registration as sent to you on your taxi booking.

Personal drop-offs, please use the small Ballam Road car park opposite the main gates to avoid congestion on the Hall drive.

MORE GENERAL

When you arrive at this event, tickets will be accepted either shown on your mobile phone or printed off. Refreshments are available to purchase, but you are allowed to bring your own fold-up seating, picnic blankets, food and drink. Only assistance dogs are allowed onsite. You can set up your picnic from 1pm. Please dress for the weather! As it is an outside concert, it may get cooler later.
