Whilst staying at Lytham Hall, you can explore the town centre of historic Lytham a short walk away, where you can take in the sights of the Windmill, Lytham Green, Lowther Gardens and Pavilion Theatre, as well as sampling the fine local restaurants and browsing independent shops․ Fairhaven Lake is approximately 1 mile away.
A couple of miles down the coast you can wander along the shoreline of the iconic beach of St Annes,
known for its miles of golden sand and stunning views of the sea.
Here you will find a more traditional British seaside town with pier, shopping and facilities such as a swimming pool. For a day out you can reach Blackpool in a short car journey, where the electrifying atmosphere of a
traditional British seaside resort awaits you.
Gate House Accommodation
Lytham Hall Gate House is a quirky, one-bedroom property set at the entrance to the Grade 1 listed
Lytham Hall.​
This unique abode is set across two buildings, separated by the park gate, with the living area at one side and the bedroom at the other, appealing to couples looking to stay in this delightful part of upmarket Lancashire.
The kitchen is small but well-appointed, boasting an induction hob, microwave-combi oven with grill, kettle, toaster and fridge – all the essentials you need for a week away. The sitting room features plush sofas, an electric stove fire, Smart TV and WiFi – perfect for a movie night.
Wander across to the bedroom, housing a double-size bed and en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath, hand-held
shower, basin and WC.
Enjoy an alfresco affair in the small garden – furnished with seating – as you admire the park surroundings.
After 5pm, take a wander around the 78-acre parkland and enjoy the peace and tranquillity as you’ll have it
all to yourself.

The Gardener's Cottage
The Gardener's Cottage is a newly renovated, detached retreat, surrounded by 78 acres of parkland. It offers couples a peaceful escape immersed in heritage
and nature.
Inside, the cottage features a cosy ground-floor bedroom with double bed and TV, alongside a bathroom with bath and overhead shower. A door leads to a charming outside sitting area which overlooks the formal gardens, perfect for a quiet moment or morning coffee.
Upstairs, an inviting open-plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with inglenook fireplace, and a comfortable lounge with Smart TV and WiFi—ideal for relaxed evenings.
Outside, guests enjoy private off-road parking and full access to the grounds, with fob-controlled entry after closing hours. Pets are welcome, making it a great base for walkers and nature lovers.

Accessibility
Externally, the Grounds are accessible to all with lots of pathways around the parkland. Ramps to enter the Hall & Cafe are available. Wheelchair access to the Hall is limited to the ground floor only.

Dining
The Café is located in the West Wing and offers access to a charming lawn area as well as a sheltered Inner Courtyard.
We also welcome guests to enjoy Lilibet’s Afternoon Tea Emporium and Lady Eleanor’s Ice-Cream Parlor.
Parking
We run a Pay & Display parking scheme.
Charges apply to all vehicles in all areas of the parkland. Please pay at the parking terminals located in the Stables & Woodlands Car Parks.
