SECOND DECADE OF  OUTDOOR THEATRE AT LYTHAM HALL

Midsummer’s Day 2020 will see the launch of the second decade of successful open-air theatre at Lytham Hall. Chapterhouse Theatre Company will travel to Lytham for an early evening show on June 21st and will present Laura’s Turner’s stage adaptation of Jane Austen’s iconic novel Emma The first ten years have seen 45 plays, 15,000 attending and £50,000 raised for the Hall’s Restoration Fund and organiser Julian Wilde is confident that there is always plenty of appetite for open air theatre in the area. “In 2010 there were just three performances at Lytham Hall, with 600 attending and five Patrons.
